Unlike jewelry that you may purchase from any other artist or retail store I guarantee my work for as long you own the piece and of course, I am still alive!

If any piece breaks I will fix or replace at no cost to the owner.  The owner only needs to pay their end of shipping and I will pay the shipping back to you.

My contact information that has not changed since 1995 is my email, [email protected] even if I move or change cell phones my email will always remain the same and active.  Send an email and I will provide the current address/phone to contact me to fix a piece I have made.

Yes, I recognize every piece I make.  If you have jewelry that needs repaired that I have not made I can make some repairs on other artists or retail stores work, depending on what the repair is a charge for that repair can be negotiated.

The Tulsi wood is a soft wood and if worn as I wear mine, at all times I never take my Tulsi off except for Xrays it will need to be restrung every several years.  There are many types of Tulsi necklaces that are sold on line, I recognize those that I made and will restring at no cost to the owner.  I can re-string other Tulsi necklaces purchased elsewhere for a charge depending on how much repair is needed.

I have had a piece returned after 10 years of having been sold, at no cost I will fix, repair or if needed replace that item. send it back to me and I will honor my work

You do not need a receipt, I will recognize what is my work.
